The rooms were super comfy and clean. We loved exploring the city and checking out the local attractions. The hotel's location was perfect for us, right in the heart of the old part of Cuneo. We had a blast wandering around the colonnades and trying out different restaurants. The staff was really friendly and made us feel right at home. it was an amazing vacation with lots of fun memories!
If I had to ask for anything more, it would be for more vibrant nightlife options near the hotel. As young party-goers, we were looking for some exciting places to hang out and dance the night away.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and pleasant, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, situated right in the center of the old town on the main street. The hotel itself was spotless and the rooms were incredibly comfortable, with a very cozy and well-furnished Italian style. The bathroom was spacious and practical, providing ample room for all our toiletries. We were fortunate to have a quiet room at the back of the hotel, overlooking a charming little church. Being located on a pedestrian area meant that we could easily walk everywhere, making our sightseeing adventures a breeze. The hotel also had a rich history, adding to its charm. The breakfast was delicious, and the fact that our friends could join us in the dining room was a wonderful touch. The staff went above and beyond to help us with parking our huge car in the underground parking, even though it was our mistake to bring such a big car. our stay exceeded all expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our time at this fantastic hotel.

Perfect location in the centre of the main street. Exceptionally helpful reception staff, tight parking but very secure. Nice restaurant and food. Surprise voucher for free drink. Good breakfast. We only came to Cuneo because it was a convenient stop btween Bologna and Avignon, but it was a lovely town, definitely worth a few days visit.

The hotel is well situated on the historic main street of Cuneo, but with rooms to the rear away from traffic noise. Rooms were very comfortable, well appointed and with functioning air-conditioning. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. The hotel dog tried hard to help too. A number of good restaurants are nearby (one Michelin-starred one is associated with the hotel). We would go again.
The only slight sour note was the breakfast choice and service. The bread was beyond stale on both days of our stay, and clearly left over from the previous day's dinner service - not acceptable in a 4-star hotel. Access to the parking garage is extremely challenging, down a very tight, spiral ramp, and should not be attempted in a large car.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, including helping us find parking for our big car. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, with easy access to all the main attractions.
We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting here.

Our kids, little adventurers under 2 years old, had a blast exploring the spacious room and enjoying the delicious breakfast. It was a great experience for all of us.
For dads, it would be great to have a small playground in the hotel for the kids to play.

Stylist hotel, perfect location in the middle of the old town, nice and rather large rooms, young staff very friendly.
We witnessed serious quarreling of the owners while waiting at the reception desk, which we perceived as very unpleasant

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Lovera in Cuneo for a business trip, chosen by my director. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations in many ways.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the breakfast buffet.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. The location is perfect, right in the old town and easy to access everything. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were above expectations. The breakfast offered an incredible variety of food, and the staff was the friendliest and the most helpful I have ever encountered. Moreover, the restaurant, which is part of the association of 'Buon Ricordo' that keeps local food traditions alive, was an absolute delight.
Nothing to be said.
